Atomic scale characterization of ion-induced amorphization of GaAs and InAs using perturbed angular correlation spectroscopy
The perturbed angular correlation technique has been utilized to understand the production and nature of the implantation induced crystalline to amorphous transformation in GaAs and InAs.
