CpG-enhanced CD8+ T Cell responses to peptide immunization are severely inhibited by B cells

Synthetic peptides encoding protective pathogen-derived epitopes represent - in principle - an ideal approach to T-cell vaccination. Empirically, however, these strategies have not been successful.
