Fraenkel, Jon

Description

The purpose of this article is to examine the three election options - retaining the present mixed block-voting and first-past-the-post system - shifting to a first-past-the-post system with single-member districts - shifting to a single-transferable vote system. and to consider which might best suit the country during a period of radical reform in the composition of parliament.
