Occlusion is a fundamental challenge faced by many computer vision tasks. In particular, monocular detection systems struggle to detect individuals concealed behind obstacles. Multiview systems, which utilize multiple camera views with overlapping fields of view, can effectively locate occluded objects in crowded scenes.
