Deterministic Learning and Rapid Dynamical Pattern Recognition

Recognition of temporal/dynamical patterns is among the most difficult pattern recognition tasks. In this paper, based on a recent result on deterministic learning theory, a deterministic framework is proposed for rapid recognition of dynamical patterns.
