The stolen drink story

Abstract

This is a storyboard for linguistic elicitation. Speakers are asked to tell the story from the pictures. Researchers can also ask whether particular forms are appropriate in the context of the story. This storyboard targets question/answer focus, wh- questions, and weak epistemic modality.
