Pre-discharge "car seat challenge" for preventing morbidity and mortality in preterm infants

BACKGROUND: Physiological monitoring studies indicate that some preterm infants experience episodes of oxygen desaturation, apnoea, or bradycardia when seated in standard car safety seats.
