HiRIEF LC-MS enables deep proteome coverage and unbiased proteogenomics

We present a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS)-based method permitting unbiased (gene prediction-independent) genome-wide discovery of protein-coding loci in higher eukaryotes.
