Description
80Ni20Cr alloy was manufactured by laser 3D printing technology using two different laser 3D printing routes, namely, layer-layer orthogonal and layer-layer with the same direction, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of 80Ni20Cr alloy were also studied. The results show that the microstructures of alloy components present small lamellar grains and columnar grains, and the columnar grains grow along the path of laser 3D printing route.
