Light quality affects chloroplast electron transport rates estimated from Chl fluorescence measurements
Chl fluorescence has been used widely to calculate photosynthetic electron transport rates. Portable photosynthesis instruments allow for combined measurements of gas exchange and Chl fluorescence.
