Does Domestic Intimate Partner Aggression Affect Career Outcomes? The Role of Perceived Organizational Support

Drawing upon the conservation of resources theory, we developed and tested a moderated mediation model linking domestic intimate partner aggression (IPA) to job performance and career advancement.
