A review of the Pliocene bandicoots of Australia, and descriptions of new genus and species
The Pliocene fossil record of Australia has revealed the oldest known occurrences of modern peramelemorphian (bandicoot and bilbies) genera such as Perameles, cf. Peroryctes, and Chaeropus.
