High-contrast and reversible scattering switching via hybrid metal-dielectric metasurfaces

Novel types of optical hybrid metasurfaces consist of metallic and dielectric elements are designed and proposed for controlling the interference between magnetic and electric modes of the system, in a reversible manner.
