Pertussis toxin IgA testing over-diagnoses recent pertussis infection
The importance of pertussis toxin (PT) IgA testing in the diagnosis of recent pertussis infection remains unclear. The contribution of PT IgA to the diagnosis of recent pertussis was reviewed in two separate analyses.
