The mesoproterozoic Kibaride belt (Katanga, SE D.R. Congo)
Five representative key regions from the NE-SW-trending Mesoproterozoic Kibaride belt of SE Congo are described. Although the present database is still insufficient for a definitive reconstruction of the tectonic setting, available data suggest that the investigated areas experienced a similar geological history.
