Efficient Second-Harmonic Generation in Nanocrystalline Silicon Nanoparticles

Recent trends to employ high-index dielectric particles in nanophotonics are motivated by their reduced dissipative losses and large resonant enhancement of nonlinear effects at the nanoscale.
