Cell-free expression of natively folded hydrophobins
Hydrophobins are a family of cysteine-rich proteins unique to filamentous fungi. The proteins are produced in a soluble form but self-assemble into organised amphipathic layers at hydrophilic:hydrophobic interfaces.
