Description
In 2019, the Fiji Higher Education Commission (FHEC) commissioned the inaugural Graduate Outcomes Survey (GOS) to gain insight into graduates’ careers and skills and the graduate labour market.1 Part One of this two-part series describes the GOS and reports on how well graduates meet labour market needs. This second part focuses on graduates’ assessments of the skills they gained in their studies and how well higher education prepared them for their work.
