We demonstrate a high-resolution microwave spectrum analyzer enabled by an on-chip stimulated Brillouin scattering based tunable bandpass filter configuration. 30 MHz spectral resolution of single and multi-tone RF frequencies up to 12 GHz are demonstrated.
