Large-Area Hexagonal Boron Nitride for Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy
Application of atomically thin layers of hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) for passivating gold and silver nanoparticles is investigated and its potential use is demonstrated through surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS).
