Observations of nonwetting phase snap-off during drainage

We study quasi-static drainage displacement experiments in Bentheimer sandstone micro-cores using X-ray computed microtomography. Two nonwetting fluids, air and n-decane, are investigated, under high and low flow rate conditions.
