"Just treat everybody with respect": Health Service Providers' Perspectives on the Role of Cultural Competence in Community Health Service Provision
This paper explores the multi-level aspects of cultural competence from the perspectives of healthcare service providers in the community health context. Qualitative interviews were conducted with staff (n=14) from a community health service in Australia.
