Description: | The arches begin to curve very near their base and are very wide. They have great elegance and their bareness endows them with great majesty. Yet this powerfully original style had no success as it did not conform with the canons hiterhto accepted by Muslim orthodoxy. It nevertheless exerted some influence on Shiah architecture in the Deccan, particularly on constructional details. |
