|Description:||The surface of this immense minaret consists of vertical ribs, alternately circular and angular, for the first storey|
of only rounded ribs for the third. The other storeys are smooth. At regular intervals run horizontal bands inscribed with Naskh characters reproducing verses from the Koran and friezes with floral and geometric decorations.
