The Interactive Effects of Psychological Contract Breach and Organizational Politics on Perceived Organizational Support: Evidence from Two Longitudinal Studies
We explore the effects of the social context on the relationship between psychological contract breach (PCB) and perceived organizational support (POS) in two studies.
