The Politics Prime Ministers Make: Political Time and Executive Leadership in Westminster Systems

This chapter introduces, modifies and applies American political scientist Stephen Skowronek�s influential contextual theory of presidential leadership in political time to prime-ministerial leadership in parliamentary democracies.
