Strategies for wheat stripe rust pathogenicity identified by transcriptome sequencing

Stripe rust caused by the fungus Puccinia striiformis f.sp. tritici (Pst) is a major constraint to wheat production worldwide. The molecular events that underlie Pst pathogenicity are largely unknown.
