Later caption on verso, by unknown author reads 'Co-operative Box Sept. 1918- Chiswick Pt. Over 200 men were employed here.' Other sources indicate the new factory at Chiswick opened in 1922, the likely date for this photograph. Mill Foreman, Alfred Farrell (1865-1925) is standing six from left (with hat). James Hinchcliffe Farrell (1903-1987), Sawyer, is seated on ground, eight from right.
