Orbiting atoms and C[sub 60] fullerenes inside carbon nanotori

The discovery of carbonnanostructures, such as carbon nanotubes and C₆₀fullerenes, has generated considerable interest for potential nanoelectronic applications. One such device is the high frequency nanoscale gigahertz oscillator.
