Characterisation of dendritic cells arising from progenitors endogenous to murine spleen

Heterogeneity amongst dendritic cell (DC) subsets leads to a spectrum of immune response capacity against pathogens. Several DC subsets in spleen have been described which differ in terms of phenotype and function.
