dc.descriptionThis cave is almost contemporary with viharas 1 and 2, It dates from the finest period of Ajanta art, The porch is simple in plan, It is supported by two columns and represents an imitation of the wooden porches to be found on facades of earlier caityas, The very thick coping is decorated with a kudu on which appears a head, The columns are massive, ornamented with garlands and friezes with floral motifs,
