New computational methods and plant models for evolutionary genomics

This thesis is in the service of a greater understanding of the genetic basis of adaptive traits. Chapter 1 introduces background literature relevant to this thesis. Chapters 2, 3, and 4 develop novel methods and software for the analysis of genetic sequencing data.
