Title: Unemployment, order and commodity stabilisation funds
Author(s): MacWilliam, Scott

Commmodity price stabilisation has persisted in Papua New Guinea despite strong arguments against it, namely, economic inefficiency and insufficient funds. This paper analyses whether stabilisation schemes have fulfilled their objectives, and what might replace them in the future.
