Il contatto linguistico nel medioevo (Linguistic contact in the Lombard Middle Ages)
The article looks at linguistic convergence in epistolary correspondence written in late medieval Italy. It tests the extent to which the vernacular of Milan influenced the vernacular from Pavia by analysing the presence of absence of a series of phonological and morphological features in this correspondence.
