stract Monolayer molybdenum diselenide (MoSe2), a member of the TMDCs family, is an appealing candidate for coupling to gold plasmonic nanostructures as it has smaller bandgap and higher electron mobility in comparison to frequently studied molybdenum disulfide (MoS2).
