Assessing the shift to limited preferential voting in Papua New Guinea: Money politics

In this, the second in a series of In Briefs considering the success or otherwise of the 2002 reforms to Papua New Guinea's Organic Law on National and Local-Level Government Elections, we examine the extent to which the introduction of limited preferential voting (LPV) has influenced local political culture, particularly with respect to money politics.
