Civic Melancholy, Brackish Songs is an inter-regional and inter-disciplinary project, which was funded by a $15,000 grant through the NSW Art Central Regional Creative Industry Program, between fine-art photographer Jamie Holcombe and contemporary composer Chris Sainsbury.
