Experiencing integration: A pilot study of consumer and provider experiences of integrated primary health care

This study will provide important insights into if and how integrated primary health care works from the perspectives of both consumers and providers. It will pilot test methods of qualitative and quantitative research into consumer experiences of integrated primary health care in a single-site health care service.
