Effect of calcination temperature on performance of ZnO nanoparticles for dye-sensitized solar cells

The photovoltaic performances of ZnO-based dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) were studied using ZnO nanoparticles prepared via the sol–gel method in gelatin medium at different calcination temperatures.
