Nuclear spectroscopy in the 2s-1d shell

The properties of excited states of ²⁷A1 and ³²S have been investigated by various techniques of gamma-ray and charged particle spectroscopy. Chapter I describes several nuclear models which have had some success in describing the known properties of nuclei in the 2s-ld shell.
