Bayesian multi-target tracking: application to total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy
This thesis focuses on the problem of automated tracking of tiny cellular and sub-cellular structures, known as particles, in the sequences acquired from total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRFM) imaging technique.
