View of the Barrack Street jetty, waterfront and buildings of Perth seen from an elevated position. The scene is framed by the foliage of various native plants, including eucalypts and possibly banksias.The photograph was probably taken from Mount Eliza and includes the back view of a seated man wearing a boater hat. Mount Eliza is located in Perth Park which was re-named Kings Park in 1901 in honour of the accession of King Edward VII.
