Electrical tuning of all dielectric metasurfaces
We demonstrate experimentally electrical tuning of dielectric metasurface, consisting of silicon disks infiltrated with nematic liquid crystals. In particular, we show that by switching a control voltage on and off we can achieve 100% amplitude modulation and approximately π phase shift.
