Conservation-dissolution : a case-study of Chinese medicine in peninsular Malaysia
This thesis examines the delivery and consumption of health care in Malaysia. In particular, it focusses on the encroachment of the dominant Western medical sector within the Malaysian health care delivery system as this threatens the survival of Chinese (and other ethnic) medicine.
