Conditional income support under SEAM: human rights compatibility issues
This article explores the relationship between the School Enrolment and Attendance Measure ("SEAM") and human rights, in light of the recent assessment of this measure by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights ('PJCHR').
