Mountain Ash: Fire, Logging and the Future of Victoria's Giant Forests
The 2009 wildfires in the montane ash forests of Victoria provided a truly unique opportunity to answer some important questions about the ecology of forest fires, in particular how plants and animals respond to such a major disturbance.
