Interaction of mean temperature and daily fluctuation influences dengue incidence in Dhaka, Bangladesh

Local weather influences the transmission of the dengue virus. Most studies analyzing the relationship between dengue and climate are based on relatively coarse aggregate measures such as mean temperature.
