Efficiency gains and cost reductions from individual transferable quotas: A stochastic cost frontier for the Australian south east fishery

In this paper efficiency gains and associated cost reductions from increases in traded quota are estimated with a stochastic cost frontier for the Australian South East Trawl Fishery (SETF).
