MPC-DICE: An open-source Matlab implementation of receding horizon solutions to DICE ^⁎

Abstract

The most widely used integrated assessment model for studying the economics of climate change is the Dynamic Integrated model of Climate and Economy (DICE). DICE is a nonlinear, time-varying discrete-time system whereby important quantities are calculated by solving an associated optimal control problem.
