Description
This is a so-called Hai Wang Mu mirror. She is Queen Mother of the West and is portrayed centre bottom, guarding the peaches of immortality. On her right is the hare preparing the elixir of immortality in the moon. On the other half of the mirror is portrayed Tung Wang Fu, Royal Lord of the East. -- d: 19 cm.
